Medically Supervised Weight Loss

Mountaineer Medical Services Weight Management's secret to rapid and permanent weight loss is a symbiotic protocol that not only focuses on a healthy diet with individualized exercise regimen, but one that focuses on the disease of obesity and not just the symptoms. Additionally,the diet is safe, effective, medically supervised. 

 

The one time initial cost covers the patient's office visit, writing of the medication, and B12 injection to be given twice a month. While in our weight loss program you will weigh in when you visit our office, and your progress will be recorded and available to you.

Our weight loss program is designed to help those loose unhealthy excess weight. Our clinical staff will evaluate the need for weight-loss on a case by case basis.



The following charges responsible by the patient for our services are as follows:



Initial visit to start Weight Loss program- $150



Four week follow up/ Rewriting of Rx- $65



Optional MIC injection* (biweekly)- $30 per injection

 

Optional Lipo-B injection*(biweekly)-$30 per injection

 

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)- $80 per 8 injections

 

​Lipotropic Injections:
 
*MIC- Methionine, Inositol, Choline, B12 combination that helps burn fat cells​.
 
*Lipo-B- Methionine, Inositol, Choline, B12, and other B-Complexes.
 
By definition, a lipotropic substance decreases the deposit, or speeds up the removal of fat. (Lipo=fat, tropic=stimulate) within the liver.
